Your ‘inbox’ through the interface will display re-tweets from Twitter as well as comments and direct messages from Facebook.
In the event that one of your posts doesn’t go through, you’ll receive an email notification about it and will be able to access your ‘bounced’ posts within the interface. From there you can edit and reschedule your posts, which will be listed along with the reason why they couldn’t be sent.
The service includes an integrated set-up, where it will alert you to the guidelines and any of your posts’ deviations from them. For instance, it will alert you if you input a post that it over Twitter’s desired character length and help you track the characters to correct it. We send each month’s email on the 10th and 23rd of each month. So for March, you’ll get the email February 10th and the Q&A newsletter February 23rd.
If you sign up after that date, we’ll send you the current month’s content ideas free of charge. So if you sign up at the end of February, we’ll still send you March’s content, and then you’ll receive April’s content ideas March 10th. Easy, right?
